The goal of this research investigation is to look at how mobility
affects the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills for 5th grade
math students. The objective will be to examine the data of students who
have been in class all year and see how they compare to students who move into
or out of the school prior to the test administration in the March/April
timeframes. Results for the past four years will be the desired area of
research. Once the data is obtained, devised plans for supporting students
that enter the classroom midterm and not counted against the campus pass/fail
rate.

I like your layout. How is your research going? Have you been able to get some of the data you need? I will be interested in your data as you go.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have gotten some data. I am talking with our PEIMS director and he is going to get me the mobility data. Once that is done, I just build the database to collate the data then do the analysis.
ReplyDeleteI would love to know the outcomes of your research, this will be some interesting information. Please share when everything is completed, good luck.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great topic! Coming from a campus with a high mobility rate, I would love to see what you find out. You will be looking at a lot of data, but it should be very telling. Good luck!
